Tamarac Phase II Continues Construction in Broward County, FL

Tamarac Village Phase II is continuing construction in Broward County, FL. The luxury apartment complex requires three phases to reach completion.

According to the Construction Journal, the first phase ended construction in November 2020. Now, the second phase is slated to finish construction in the third quarter of 2022. It will require over 58,000 square feet of new construction, featuring six apartments measuring four stories above grade. Construction for Tamarac Village Phase II involves apartment buildings eight through 13.

The complex features a resort-style swimming pool.

It offers about 190 units, ranging from studios to multi-bedroom units. Right now, the first phase’s apartments go anywhere from $1,995 to $2,245 a month, per Apartments.com. The third phase is currently in its “design” phase. It will offer three commercial buildings.

Per the development’s website, on-site amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, conference room, game room, lounge, a two-story yoga center, and cybercafé. In-unit amenities include new appliances, quartz countertops, and showers with glass doors.

The complex features one- to multi-bedroom units.

JKM Developers, LLC owns the pet-friendly community. It has partnered with Marc Wiener Architecture, Urban Design Kilday Studios, and Schnar Engineering Corporation. Straticon is the general contractor. The Construction Journal reports that Tamarac Village Phase II will cost around $26.1 million to complete. Tamarac Village Phase I cost over $80 million.
