Related Group And Alta Developers Launch 55-Story Casa Bella By B&B Italia With 312-Units

Related Group (Related) – one of the nation’s preeminent developers – and notable South Florida real estate firm, Alta Developers (Alta), have launched sales at Casa Bella by B&B Italia (Casa Bella), a 55-story luxury residential building planned for 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica with landscaping by Enzo Enea, Casa Bella will offer 312 condominium units featuring stunningly-designed interiors by Lissoni New York in collaboration with high-end Italian furniture company B&B Italia. Sales are exclusively handled by Fortune International Realty.

Casa Bella will be located in the heart of the Arts & Entertainment District (former Omni District), one of Miami’s most prestigious neighborhoods, offering access to an international hub of arts, dining, finance, culture, and entertainment. The building will be within minutes of world-renowned museums, including the Museum of Art and Design, Pérez Art Museum, The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, as well as Miami Heat’s FTX Arena, and will be surrounded by the city’s see-and-be-seen districts: Wynwood, Miami’s Design District, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, and Coconut Grove. Buyers will have the option to choose from a range of floor plans, with the 312 homes ranging from one to four bedrooms sized between 711 to 2,187 square feet. In addition to soaring ceilings and panoramic water views, all residences feature an exquisite selection of European-fixtures and finishes as well as private elevator access. Buyers looking for additional living space can choose from a selection of 24 marquee penthouses ranging from 2,605 to 5,890 square feet. The four upper penthouses feature 12-foot ceilings and wrap-around terraces with incredible water and city views.

Casa Bella will offer two full floors of amenity spaces, complete with dedicated entertainment spaces overlooking Biscayne Bay. These amenities range from a spacious party room to a wine vault and tasting lounge, as well as a top-of-the-line private theatre and co-working spaces. A world-class Wellness Center caters to fitness-minded residents, offering professional-level equipment as well as dedicated yoga and spin rooms. For those looking to relax and unwind, the spa facilities offer on-demand massages, facials, blowouts and manicures/pedicures.

The deposit structure will require 20% of the asking price at contract, 10% at ground breaking, 10% when the building tops off, and ultimately 60% at closing. Units are priced  from $550,000 to $2M for non-penthouse floor plans. Pricing for Penthouse units has not been unveiled.
