The Southerly at Southbank has finished construction in Jacksonville, FL. The venture offers luxury studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Per Apartments.com, they range from 404 square feet to 1,714 square feet each.
Units start at about $1,600 a month, although this could fluctuate over time. Residents can sign leases ranging from seven months to 12 months. Many units will become available starting January 15, 2022.
The community offers a resort-style pool.
The community requires over 250,000 square feet of new construction, and Summit Contracting Group, Inc. is the general contractor. Southbank Apartments Ventures LLC owns the venture, and it’s based in Saint Augustine, FL. This is the firm’s only active project.
Apartments come with keyless entry, integrated smart home technology, and open-concept layouts plans. Communal amenities include a lounge, resort-style pool, and dog spa. The community itself is a short walk from Baptist Medical Center.

Niles Bolton Associates, Inc. is the project’s architect. Renderings show granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and balconies. Based in Atlanta, GA, the firm has 34 active projects in the public and private sectors.
Ventures Development Group LLC is the developer. Connelly & Wickers Inc. is the civil engineer. The Southerly at Southbank’s address is 959 Prudential Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32207, in Duval County.
