Park Square Homes hopes to proceed with Paradiso Grande, a housing development slated for Orlando’s tourism corridor. Per the Orlando Business Journal, the community will comprise 385 units, ranging from 2,913 square feet to 6,374 square feet each.
The smallest homes feature five bedrooms, while the largest homes (called “Estate Homes”) feature up to 12 bedrooms. These luxury units will cost around $1.19 million each, and they come with pools, game rooms, and private parking garages with electric car powering stations.
Communal amenities include a clubhouse, lazy river, pool, cafe, and fitness center. While Park Square Homes has already started selling units, it does not appear as though construction has begun on the 60-plus-acre venture. Per Park Square Home’s website, available homes right now measure two stories above grade, sitting on “homesites” measuring 50 to 70 feet.
This isn’t the only project that Park Square Homes has in the works right now. It’s also working on Neo at Four Corners, which, like Paradiso Grande, is also in its beginning stages. Upon completion, the multi-million-dollar venture will offer homes to those living in Polk County, Florida.
Paradiso Grande’s is located off International Drive, South of Central Florida Parkway, Orlando, Florida, in Orange County. It’s near SeaWorld Orlando.
