Sawgrass at Coral Lakes is unfolding in Cape Coral, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture began construction with Centex Homes/PulteGroup serving as the owner and general contractor. The community will feature over 220 residences, featuring three-bedroom units with 2.5 baths.
Each unit measures 1,636 square feet to 1,816 square feet. The units will be spread across multiple low-rise buildings. Each home, depending on its size, comes with one- or two-car garages. Homes cost from the $200,000s to the $300,000s. There are three different layout plans to choose from.
Each unit comes with a tile roof, lanai, paved driveway, and open-concept floor plan. Homes come with gigabit internet speeds. The community itself features a host of amenities, including two resort-style swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields, and volleyball courts.
Per Greater Fort Myers, the community charges low homeowners association costs and no Community Development fees. The community is aimed at entry-level professionals and “empty nesters” looking to live in a community with low maintenance costs.
Sawgrass at Coral Lakes’ address is Del Prado Boulevard, Cape Coral, Florida, 33909, in Lee County. It’s three miles west of US 41. Students in the neighborhood are zoned for North Fort Myers High School and Cape Coral High School.
