The Motor Enclave To Start Construction in April 2022 at 6551 Eureka Springs Road, Tampa, Florida, 33610

The Motor Enclave in Tampa, Florida, is presently undergoing construction. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the 200-acre site will sit by the Tampa Executive Airport. Upon completion, the luxury development will offer 300 units, starting at around $280,000 each. The enterprise is aimed at car enthusiasts who own exotic sports cars and other luxury vehicles.

The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that construction will likely start in April 2022, with CSI of Tampa Inc./Construction Services, Inc. focusing on vertical construction. QGS Development of Plant City is managing the site work aspect.

While most of the project will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2022, some of the condos won’t finish construction until 2023. At the time of publication, only 60 units were available. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the project has generated a lot of interest, primarily in Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando, and Clearwater.

The Motor Enclave is more than homes, however. The venture features more than 300 private garages, an off-road driving course, and a 35,000-square-foot corporate events center. The venture will cost around $100 million to complete.

The development will sit by the Tampa Executive Airport.
