One South Ocean Could Arrive at 1 South Ocean Boulevard, Boca Raton, Florida, 33432

Palm Beach County, Florida, could soon be home to One South Ocean. The development could comprise two seven-story towers offering 70 units––35 per building. Developers have been planning this project since 2016–– but paused the process to make alterations. If approved, One South Ocean will offer homes ranging from one to two stories, measuring about 2,200 to 4,500 square feet each.

According to the Coastal Star, the homes will range from two bedrooms to five bedrooms each. Amenities include a below-level parking garage with space for over 150 vehicles. Communal amenities will include green space, various reflecting pools, and a main swimming pool.

The project could offer 70 homes.

The multi-million-dollar venture will comprise 324,000 square feet of new construction. It’s owned by One Ocean Plaza Venture, per McNamara Salvia Civil Engineers. Ocean Land Investments acquired the three-plus-acre build site in 2001, with plans to redevelop an already-existing 45,000-square-foot office building. Those plans have since changed.

GS4 Studios designed the building, presently overseeing six active projects totaling $201 million. Most of its present projects are in the private residential sector. Other involved parties in One South Ocean include JMD Engineering, Enea Garden Design, Inc., and Flynn Engineering Services.

One South Ocean will offer various amenities.
