Pointe Grande Apartments is slated for Palm Coast, Florida. Hillpointe, LLC is the owner and general contractor. Matthews Design Group is the civil engineer. Completion’s expected in Fall 2022.
The development will comprise nine buildings measuring three stories above grade, offering a total of 300 units. All of the units are two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout plans. Ask Flagler reported that homes come in two different sizes: 1,107 square feet and 1,153 square feet. FlaglerLive.com noted in April 2021 that homes would range from $1,100 to $1,300 a month.

Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, and more than 600 parking spots. The build site measures over 35 acres, and each building will measure 42 feet high.
While the apartment complex will draw more people to the area, the Palm Coast Observer noted that it would add to the area’s school overpopulation problem, mainly affecting elementary and high schools. The developer has agreed to pay the Flagler County School District a total of $787,882; that’s $2,626.27 a unit.
