The Reserve at Jensen Beach Continues Construction at 1250 Northeast Reserve Trail, Jensen Beach, Florida

The Reserve at Jensen Beach is scheduled to open in Summer 2022. The community comprises multiple low-rise building and offers 197 homes. Capano Residential notes that homes will range from 851 square feet to 1,345 square feet each.

Homes range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, starting at $1,895 a month. Zumper notes that for the average one-bedroom apartment in Jensen Beach, one can expect to pay about $1,725 a month––a 33 percent increase from 2021.

Residences come outfitted with wood plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and open-concept floorplans.

Communal amenities include a resort-style pool with a sundeck, fitness club, library, multi-media lounge, and clubhouse. Construction started on the venture in 2021, with LC Construction Florida Inc. serving as the general contractor. The Reserve at Jensen Beach will cost about $21.5 million to complete.

Marc Wiener Architecture designed the community. Conceptual renderings show a modern design, tiled bathrooms, and wooden cabinetry. Lucido & Associates is the land planner. Capano Management Company/LC Construction is the venture’s owner. The organization is based in Wilmington, Delaware, and is currently overseeing nine active projects in Florida, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
