Olea Beach Haven Planned for 4101 San Pablo Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida

Olea Beach Haven is expected to finish construction in the third quarter of 2023. But what is it? Olea Beach Haven is an age-restricted community resting on more than six acres. Plans call for 175 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom options. The Class A multifamily community is reserved for residents over 55 years old.

RangeWater Real Estate owns the venture. It has 13 active projects right now in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Olea Beach Haven is RangeWater Real Estate’s first age-restricted community.

The community features many amenities, including a dog park and community garden.

The residential complex is full of amenities, featuring an off-leash dog park and social green space. The community also has raised garden beds where residents can have their own projects and socialize with others. A January 2022 release said: “At Olea Beach Haven, we will have a full calendar of activities led by our Lifestyle Director that bring life to the community and its many large, well-adorned, indoor and outdoor spaces.”

Olea Beach Haven will cost more than $30 million to finish. Live Oak Contracting is the general contractor, and England Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer. Both organizations are based locally in Jacksonville.

The build site was undeveloped before it was acquired.
