Construction started on East Village Apartments in late 2021. The $65 million venture will offer 264 residential units in Orlando, Florida. According to What Now Orlando, the development will comprise more than 335,000 square feet of new construction, offering units ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. The homes will be spread across three four-story buildings.
Communal amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, outdoor kitchen, recreational area, and children’s playground. Onicx Construction, LLC owns the venture. It acquired the multi-acre build site for $7.7 million in March 2013. The Orlando Business Journal notes that before construction started, the build site was vacant.

Nearly eight years later, Onicx Construction, LLC is excited to move forward with one of Orlando’s biggest residential projects. This 264-unit project is just one part of a larger $200 million venture.
The Lunz Group, which is based in Lakeland, designed the venture. It told sources that: “As a firm, we believe that the focus in multifamily design should be on creating positive living experiences, fulfilling one of the fundamental needs of humans.”

ZRS Management will manage the community upon completion. Live Oak Contracting is the general contractor. The community’s expected to open in early 2024. East Village Apartments’ address is 10735 Moss Road, Orlando, Florida, 32832, in Orange County.
