Lynn Townhomes is slated for construction in Delray Beach, Florida. According to the Sun-Sentinel, plans call for three two-story luxury homes, measuring 2,200 square feet to 2,740 square feet each. Each home comes with a swimming pool and parking garage.
Landscaping will feature native Florida plans, including coconut palms, cabbage palms, and canopy trees––just to name a few. Homes will likely cost $2.5 million to $3 million to purchase. Many high-end homes in the area start at around $5 million.
Homes will start at around 2,200 square feet each.
Right now, the proposed .33-acre build site hosts four residences, mostly used for short-term rentals. Collins Builders is Lynn Townhomes’ owner and general contractor. It notes that the project will require close to 9,400 square feet of new construction. At this time, it’s unsure how long the project will take when factoring in demolition and construction.
Architecture Design Planning designed the homes. Conceptual renderings show low-rise homes in the modern architectural style. They will match the design of many homes already present in Delray Beach. Haley Engineering, Inc. is the civil engineer, and DKK Consulting Incorporated is the structural engineer.
The .33-acre build site already has structures on it.
Lynn Townhomes’ address is 712 Northeast 8th Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida, 33483, in Palm Beach County. The development is west of the intercoastal.
