Aventura Park is unfolding in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The eight-story building will comprise more than 236,000 square feet of new construction, offering 290 apartments. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the development will also have 1,450 square feet of retail space and 435 parking spots. Communal amenities include a swimming pool, low-rise parking garage, and dog park.
Anillo Toledo Lopez is the architect. Of the 290 units, 48 are studios, 113 are one-bedroom units, 113 are two-bedroom units, and 16 are three-bedroom units. They measure 530 square feet to 1,200 square feet each.
Sources note that Arbor Management Acquisition Company and ROVR Development own the venture. They purchased the 2.9-acre build site for around $10 million in 2021. Graef USA Inc. is the civil engineer. Initially, Legacy Partners had plans to develop the build site into a 250-unit apartment complex in 2019, but these plans never came to fruition.
At this time, rent is not available. However, Aventura Park offers luxury units in a highly coveted area, meaning rent could be above standard at-market rates. Aventura Park’s address is 17990 West Dixie Highway, Aventura, Florida, 33180, in Miami-Dade County. The community’s located in the Ojus Urban Area District. The riverfront community is directly north of Greynolds Park.
