Odyssey by Soltura is now offering in-person tours for its new luxury apartments in Fort Myers, Florida. The venture broke ground in 2021, offering 129 homes on a 12-acre lot. The venture itself required $29 million to complete, and the developer purchased the build site for $650,000 in February 2021. Some homes will become available starting July 15, 2022.
Per Gulfshore Business, homes range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. The venture’s website suggests that there are three floorplans to choose from. They measure 750 square feet to 1,235 square feet each. Units come with covered lanais and fenced backyards. They also come with nine-foot-tall ceilings, quartz countertops, and large walk-in closets.

Rent begins at $1,994 a month. In the area, rent averages around $1,861 a month for a 997-square-foot apartment, per Rentcafe. Developers note that while Odyssey by Soltura isn’t an affordable housing complex, it’s “more affordable to some than buying a house.”
Communal amenities include a lap pool, outdoor bar, clubhouse, and dog park. Odyssey by Soltura is a horizontal apartment community, with many homes measuring no more than one story above ground.

Odyssey by Soltura is one of the many housing developments unfolding in Fort Myers right now. It’s located at 10131 Soltura Drive, Fort Myers, Florida, 33905, in Lee County. The community is east of I-75 and west of Buckingham Community Park. It’s also a short drive from Fort Myers Beach.
