Anthology Senior Living is opening a facility in Boynton Beach, Florida. The development started construction in 2021, with CA Ventures operating as the general contractor. It could open in the first quarter of 2023. The $22.7 million venture will offer “unrivaled hospitality accommodations and care” to older adults in need of assisted living and memory care services.
Anthology Senior Living at Boynton Beach will require more than 128,000 square feet of new construction, as well as 130 units. The units will be spread across multiple buildings measuring two stories above grade. The units measure 350 square feet to 959 square feet. Residents can choose from studios to two-bedroom layout options.

The pet-friendly suites come with central air conditioning, kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators, and free Wi-Fi. Communal amenities comprise a host of dining options, a library, game room, craft room, and regularly scheduled events. The facility also offers wellness programs geared toward improving and maintaining residents’ health.

BKV Group is the architect. Urban Design Kilday Studios is the land planner, and Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc. (C&W) is the civil engineer. Anthology Senior Living at Boynton Beach’s address is 9776 South Jog Road, Boynton Beach, Florida, 33427, in Palm Beach County. It’s west of I-95 and north of the Wakodahatchee Wetlands.
