Onyx Townhomes Villas hopes to become “the new gem of Naples.” The $20 million complex will offer 48 residential units, offering three- to four-bedroom homes. The luxury residences come with “his and her” vanity sinks, Italian-imported kitchen cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.
They also feature quartz countertops, built-in smart home technology, and sunrooms. There are seven different floorplans to choose from. Residents have the opportunity to customize their homes based on their preferences. Optional upgrades include LifeRooms and private hot tubs. Communal amenities include a fitness center, temperature-controlled resort-style pool, and more.
Construction could start later this year.
Trianon Design Group is the general contractor. Based in Bonita Springs, the firm shared conceptual renderings online. The renderings reveal a community comprising homes measuring no more than two stories above grade. While there are 48 townhomes, the community itself comprises eight buildings.
Construction could start on the venture in November 2022. Onyx Townhomes Villas was delayed by the Covid-19 pandemic, but developers still hope to move forward. Claro Development Group/Ocean Terrace Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway are two of the project’s consultants. Blue Road LLC is the developer.
Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool.
Onyx Townhome Villas’ address is Santa Barbara Boulevard and Polly Avenue, Naples, Florida, 34102, in Collier County. The community is 30 minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport.
