Capsule provides small retailers with the incubation space they need to take their businesses to the next level without the financial commitment that comes with opening a retail store.
“We created Capsule’s inviting and inclusive environment to bring together local makers and shoppers, further reinforcing River Landing’s commitment to the Miami community and its entrepreneurial spirit,” said Andrew Hellinger, co-partner of Coral Gables-based Urban-X Group, the developer behind the 2.2 million-square-foot development owned by Canada-based H&R REIT. “We were able to activate our retail space to serve individual sellers who need brick-and-mortar space to bring their local businesses to the next level. We are excited to give back to the community by providing the opportunity for growth to highly curated, creative entrepreneurs from South Florida who bring a fresh perspective to retail.”
