River Landing Shops & Residences, a 2.2 million-square-foot mixed-use development at 1400 Northwest North River Drive in Allapatah, has launched Capsule, an innovative retail space for emerging brands to showcase specialty hand-picked merchandise, providing access to amenities such as dressing rooms, WIFI, ambient music and private restrooms at an affordable cost with flexible lease terms. Capsule connects customers in the community with items they can’t find anywhere else. The unique brick-and-mortar platform offers brands a traditional retail environment while allowing shoppers to support local women-owned businesses offering diverse selections of curated fashion and home goods under one roof. - Devinity Boutique – Curated fashion featuring, dresses, tops and pants for the Miami lifestyle .
- By Jessie Jewelry – Gold-plated jewelry made with love. Each piece is handmade by Jessie herself.
- Ania Designs – Curated handbags, shoes and clothing for resort living.
- Sibila Jewelry – Unique handmade jewelry and handbags from Colombia.
- American Pop Candle – Handmade candles and vessels featuring unique designs and scents.
- Buena Viba Soaps – Handmade soaps, candles and scrubs.
- Ilahi – Local designer of custom embellished footwear and jewelry from Turkey.
- Norma Restrepo Jewels- Handmade gold-plated jewelry.

Capsule provides small retailers with the incubation space they need to take their businesses to the next level without the financial commitment that comes with opening a retail store.

The award-winning 8.14-acre River Landing Shops & Residences opened in September 2020. The waterfront mixed-use development is home to retail, restaurants, office and apartments along the vibrant Miami River. Developed by Coral Gables-based Urban-X Group and owned by Canada-based H&R REIT, River Landing has become Miami’s preferred destination to enjoy the riverfront and spend time with family and friends. The project was designed by BC Architects and Balfour Beatty served as the general contractor.

River Landing Shops & Residences consists of approximately 360,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, 135,000 square feet of Class A office, 528 market-rate apartments, more than 2,000 parking spaces and a landscaped Riverwalk. The diverse retail tenant mix serves residents of River Landing Shops & Residences, the surrounding community, and The Offices at River Landing’s tenants. The mixed-use complex is close to two Metrorail stations and the rapid transit system that connects all the major hospitals and research centers to Downtown Miami, East Kendall and Hialeah as well as the Tri-Rail, a commuter rail line linking Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. River Landing is also served by Miami’s Trolley system and is located at the crossroads of Miami-Dade’s main thoroughfares: Interstate 95 and State Road 836.
