Registry on Grass Lake could start construction later this year in December. The development will be located in Winter Park in close proximity to Walt Disney World Resort. The $68.4 million housing complex will offer 320 apartments divided among two five-story buildings.
The venture will require more than 400,000 square feet of new construction, featuring two clubhouses (measuring 11,500 total), a fitness center, and a resort-style swimming pool. Residents can also enjoy the 560 surface parking spots.
The venture is within 20 minutes of Disney World.
The venture will rest on a plot measuring just over 19 acres, according to Ditman Architecture. Apartments.com notes that most units measure around 750 square feet. They come with carpeted floors, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and built-in microwaves.
The website does not list rent information at this time. It does note, however, that similar ventures in the area cost around $1,700 a month. Brossier Corp. is Registry on Grass Lake’s developer and the general contractor. Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. is the civil engineer. Ditman Architecture is the architect.
The build site is presently undeveloped.
Sources report that the project is presently in its design development phase. The development’s address is 14544 Avalon Road, Winter Garden, Florida, 34787, in Orange County. The venture is a 16-minute drive from Magic Kingdom, and it’s located west of Florida 429.
