Alexandra’s Park is a new housing development slated for Callaway, Florida. The residential development will reach completion in three phases, offering 341 single-family homes. The build site itself measures more than 70 acres, and the homes will rest on lots measuring 50 feet to 60 feet.
The venture’s estimated to cost $133 million to complete, and some sources note that construction could start either later this year or early next year. The goal is to provide housing for those in the area affected by Hurricane Michael, which caused serious damage in Bay County.
Alexandra’s Park is also close to Tyndall Air Force Base, which is facing similar hurricane-related dilemmas. Panhandle Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer, and Ecsc LLC is the general contractor. Both organizations are located in Florida, presently managing 60 projects total.
Panama City News Herald reports that Alexandra’s Park isn’t the only residential venture unfolding in the area. Callaway Bayou Townhomes will offer 276 multi-family townhomes on a 25-acre lot. Homes will come with their own parking spots. Plans call for 10 units per acre.
Upon completion, Alexandra’s Park and Callaway Bayou Townhomes will add 617 homes to Bay County, Florida. Alexandra Park will be located on Callaway Parkway, Callaway, Florida, 32404, in Bay County. It’s located east of Callaway Bayou Townhome’s future build site.
