Natiivo Miami started construction in February 2021. The $213 million venture is expected to reach completion in the third quarter of 2023. Upon finishing, the 51-story tower will offer 448 condos, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes.
Floorplans measure 492 square feet to over 1,600 square feet each. Most homes come with panoramic views of the nearby Miami skyline. The fully-furnished units come with private balconies, walk-in closets, built-in smart home appliances, and more.
Communal amenities feature a fitness studio, resort-style swimming pool, and poolside bar. There is also a kids’ playroom, gaming lounge, and private meeting rooms––optimal for remote workers. In total, Natiivo Miami will require more than 600,000 square feet of new construction.
Sources report that homes start at around $480,000. Arquitectonica Headquarters designed the modern high-rise development. Coastal Design Consultants is the civil engineer, and Kast Construction Company, LLC is the general contractor.
Newgard Development Group and Pearlstone Partners are the two developers. Most entities involved in this project as based in South Florida. Natiivo Miami’s address is 601 Northeast 1st Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33132, in Miami-Dade County.
The complex is slightly southwest of Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science and within driving distance of the Skyview Miami Observation Wheel.
