Altis Davie could soon take shape near the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds in Davie, Florida. Resting on a 4.1-acre site, the residential community would offer 286 units spread across two four-story buildings.
Those apartments range from about 520 to 1,400 square feet, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Based on market trends, Altis Davie will likely offer at-market homes. Rentcafé reports that for a 1,000-square-foot apartment in the area, one can expect to pay $2,470 a month.
The residential venture could offer more than 250 units.
Altis Davie comes with a hosting communal amenities. Residents can enjoy the 532 parking spots, swimming pool, fitness center, and yoga studio. The South Florida Business Journal reports that, if approved, the community would share a parking garage with the nearby Bergeron Rodeo Grounds.
In the tradition of Davie’s western history, the parking garage will feature a horse sculpture on top. Altman Companies is Altis Davie’s developer. Cohen Freedman & Encinosa is the architect. Sources report that the venture could cost $120 million to complete, and the general contractor could break ground in spring 2023.

The build site currently hosts more than 30,000 square feet of industrial and office space. Altis Davie could be located alongside 4175 Davie Road, Davie, Florida, 33314, in Broward County.
