Fairmont Orlando is a $425 million venture slated for Orange County, Florida. General contractors hope to break ground in April 2023 and finish the job in early 2025. According to Hospitality Net, the seven-story venture will offer 550 guests rooms.
In addition to the standard lodgings, Fairmont Orlando will offer 12 villas, 90 suites, and 87 Fairmont Gold rooms. Those high-end accommodations will be located on the top floor and include access to a 5,000-square-foot lounge. The hotel offers seven dining options, one of which includes a 140-seat restaurant.
Guests can also take advantage of the indoor/outdoor seating, along with various bars spread across the 30-acre property. There are more than 50,000 square feet of amenities. These amenities comprise a 14,000-square-foot spa, 44,000 square feet of meeting space, a lazy river, three swimming pools, a library, and more. Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates Inc. and SFA Design are the two architects.
Deven Development Venture is the developer, and Harris Civil Engineering is the civil engineer. Fairmont Orlando will mark the 20th property under the Fairmont banner in the U.S. It has accommodations in San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, and, soon, Central Florida.
Fairmont Orlando will rest on a parcel located near Orlando’s entertainment district.
