The Related Group of Florida is presently working on Manor West River, a residential housing development in Tampa, Florida. The eight-story building will offer more than 300 units. It’s part of the larger West River District, which will feature 1,636 homes and about 177,000 square feet of commercial space, per the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Amenities comprise more than 500 parking spots. Manor West River will require more than 355,000 square feet to reach completion. The Tampa Bay Housing Authority reports that the West River District rests on a 120-acre lot.

MSA Architects designed the community. Inspired by the area’s southern influence, the at-market rate apartments will include a rooftop deck and scenic views of the nearby Hillsborough River. The developer paid $4.5 million for the build site. Google Earth’s renderings suggest that sitework has already started.
Sources report that Manor West River could cost more than $100 million to complete. Construction is expected to start by the end of this year. Balfour Beatty is the general contractor. Architectural Alliance is the landscape architect, and Cardno TBE Group––Clearwater is the civil engineer.
Sitework has already started on the community.
