Mattamy Homes, the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, has announced plans to develop a new community, Sienna, in Cooper City, Florida. Sienna recently broke ground, and sales will begin in early 2023. The luxury community is Mattamy’s first foray into the Fort
Lauderdale market, following many other successful projects in southeast Florida.
Sienna will include 30 home sites on the north side of Sheridan Street, just east of Pine Island Road. Home buyers will select from one single-story and five two-story floorplans ranging from 2,349 to 4,395 square feet and three architectural designs: West Indies, Transitional and Modern. Each home will be situated on a 50-foot-wide home site. Pricing will start in the $800,000s.

In addition to lush landscaping throughout the community, Sienna will feature a tot lot and a sparkling lake at the end of a private cul de sac. The community’s west side is buffered by a wetland area that provides picturesque nature views and added privacy, enhancing the desirable South Florida lifestyle.
Sienna’s location in the heart of Cooper City affords residents convenient access to major highways, a top-rated school district, Brian Piccolo Sports Park & Velodrome, and an array of shopping, dining, and fitness destinations. Home buyers can tour Sienna’s model home and learn more about the variety of home offerings once the community sales center opens early next year.
