Mattamy Homes To Develop New Luxury Single-Family Home Community in Cooper City, Florida

Mattamy Homes, the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, has announced plans to develop a new community, Sienna, in Cooper City, Fla. Sienna recently broke ground, and sales will begin in early 2023. The luxury community is Mattamy’s first foray into the Fort

The Ritz-Carlton Villa Collection Reaches $93 Million Sell Out Prior To Completion In Miami Beach

4701 North Meridian LLC and GFI Development Company have announced the 100% sell-out of the Villa Collection at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, a collection of 15 two-story single-family homes currently under construction at 4701 Meridian Avenue in Nautilus, Miami Beach. The project totaled $93 million in sales just nine months after breaking ground and the official launch. Designed by the world-famous master Italian architect, Piero Lissoni, the project is located adjacent to the 8-story Ritz-Carlton Residences and facing the Surprise Waterway connected to Biscayne Bay. The free-standing villas will range in size from 3,263 to 4,643 square feet of living space with five different floor plans providing three, four and five-bedroom configurations.

Lennar Proposes To Build 83 Single-Family Homes In Richmond West, Miami-Dade County

Applications have been filed with Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources proposing to construct an 83 single-family home community in Richmond West, Florida. The property is comprised of four vacant parcels of land spanning a combined 652,528 square feet, or 14.98-acres, generally located between Southwest 160th Street and theoretical Southwest 164th Street and between Southwest 149th Avenue and Southwest 148th Avenue. The homes are designed by Miami-based PPK Architecture and being developed by the Lennar Corporation. The application lists the project name as the ‘Wallace Stevens Assemblage’, likely named after the owners of the land, individuals Wallace and Carol Ann Stevens.
