4701 North Meridian LLC and GFI Development Company have announced the 100% sell-out of the Villa Collection at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, a collection of 15 two-story single-family homes currently under construction at 4701 Meridian Avenue in Nautilus, Miami Beach. The development totaled $93 million in sales just nine months after breaking ground and the official launch. Designed by the world-famous master Italian architect, Piero Lissoni, the project is divided into two parcels of land along the junction of West 48th Street and West 47th Court with Meridian Avenue. The free-standing villas will range in size from 3,263 to 4,643 square feet of living space with five different floor plans providing three, four and five-bedroom configurations.

“The response to The Villa Collection and its unsurpassable lifestyle has been nothing short of extraordinary,” added Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Florida Brokerage and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida, whose firm is exclusively handling the sales and marketing for The Ritz Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. “Our buyers have been attracted to Piero Lissoni’s sophisticated, modern design and the rare opportunity to live in a free-standing, waterfront Ritz-Carlton branded home. There’s simply nothing like it in today’s market.

Recent aerial photos of the on-going construction at the development site show the state of progress being made. The two-story structures are for the majority topped out and window installation has commenced. Several homes on both the waterside and landside are further ahead in the process with concrete work mostly complete, while other homes await the assemblage of CMU walls and rooftops.

Eight waterside villas will have dedicated boat dockage immediately in front of the home, and seven landside villas will offer serene and scenic garden vistas with the option of additional reserved docks as well. Other exclusive residential features include expansive private terraces, a two-car garage, fenced yard, and private infinity-edge pool all in a lavishly landscaped waterfront tropical setting.
