St. Petersburg’s getting a new housing development. Strum Place will comprise nine three-story townhomes, with residences measuring 2,040 square feet each.
A few months ago, Certified General Contractors Inc. broke ground on Townhomes at Powell, a community of 128 single-family rentals in Wildwood, FL. The multi-million-dollar venture will offer 92 two-story apartments and 36 townhomes, offering one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans.
Terraces at 87th in St. Petersburg hopes to officially open in early 2024. Per the venture’s website, layout plans range from three-bedroom to four-bedroom units, measuring 3,366 square feet. Each home comes with a bottom floor parking garage and a rooftop amenity deck with a Jacuzzi and covered terrace.
Le Reve, a collection of contemporary townhomes situated at 200 East Boca Raton Road in Boca Raton, has officially commenced its construction phase. Designed by Netta Architects, with interior design by Carrie Leigh Designs, and developed by EAJ Services, the project consists of five 3-story luxury townhomes, each generously spanning 4,600 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Each unit boasts a unique layout, positioning 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the main home, accompanied by an additional 1-bedroom/1-bathroom guest house. Pirtle Construction is serving as the general contractor.
JFM Development Corp., a Hialeah-based developer, has submitted plans for a new townhome community. If approved, Palm Cove Reserve would offer 296 townhomes on a 59.1-acre lot.
