A townhome community going by the name of Quo Townhomes, or possibly Princeton Townhomes, has been proposed for 12891 Southwest 248th Street in Princeton, a neighborhood located towards the southern end of Miami-Dade County. The application was filed by a developer listed as Princeton 1 BH26, LLC, and has chosen architect Alfonso Jurado of Alfonso Jurado Architecture to design the 2.7 acre development.
