Philadelphia-based developer Stamm Development has broken ground on Sirene Villas, a new residential community of six ultra-luxury townhouses in the early stages of construction at 1236 George Bush Boulevard in Delray Beach. The design for the project was envisioned by Randal Stofft of Delray Beach-based Stofft Cooney Architects, paired with interiors by award-winning design studio Asthetique. The interior lot spans nearly 0.62 acres, or precisely 26,907 square feet, and is mainly  bound by George Bush Boulevard on the north with the other ends of the city block being North Ocean Boulevard on the East, Southways on the South, and Andrews Avenue on the West.

Designed with inspiration from the architecture of the Cote d’Azur in Southern France, the ultra-luxury townhomes will have a minimal aesthetic with a unique ‘sculptural’ architectural massing – complete with hand-plastered walls and ceilings, rounded corners, ceiling alcoves, and fluted wall panels.

The development is built to embrace nature, where each residence will boast interiors and exteriors with soothing color palettes of white, cream, and earthy tones complemented by natural materials. Each unit will also include its own private pool and spa.

Buyers will have two distinct floor plans available for purchase, the ‘Cannes’, which spans 4,941 interior square feet, and the ‘St. Tropez’, spanning 4,194 interior square feet.  Units are priced from $4.85 million, a is being marketed exclusively by Candace and Phil Friis at The Corcoran Group.

The property was the site of the former Parliament Apartments, which was built in 1964 and contained 10 residential units. 1236 George Bush Blvd LLC, an affiliate of Stamm Development, purchased the property from Parliament Apts Inc. in April 2021 for $4,250,000.

Sirene Villas is projected to reach completion during Q2 2023.
