This 44-story project will feature 659 fully furnished luxury residences in the Park West neighborhood. It is designed with short-term rental flexibility in mind, allowing owners to host guests year-round on platforms like Airbnb.

Sirene Villas Breaks Ground At 1236 George Bush Boulevard In Delray Beach

Philadelphia-based developer Stamm Development has broken ground on Serene Villas, a new residential community of six ultra-luxury townhouses in the early stages of construction at 1236 George Bush Boulevard in Delray Beach. The design for the project was envisioned by Randal Stofft of Delray Beach-based Stofft Cooney Architects, paired with interiors by award-winning design studio Asthetique. The interior lot spans nearly 0.62 acres, or precisely 26,907 square feet, and is mainly  bound by George Bush Boulevard on the north with the other ends of the city block being North Ocean Boulevard on the East, Southways on the South, and Andrews Avenue on the West.

Aspen Heights Partners Breaks Ground On 67-Unit Student-Oriented Residential Community in Tampa

Austin-based Aspen Heights Partners, an owner and developer of multiple lifestyle-oriented residential communities, has announced it recently broke ground on Aspen Heights Tampa, a 67-unit student-oriented residential community located at 3020 Cove Bend Drive near the northern-most city limits of Tampa. Designed by Dallas-based Merriman Anderson Architects, the project is comprised of boutique cottage-style townhome buildings, arranged in two-story row homes in clusters of 4 – 6 unit, and three-story row homes of 7 and 8 units.
