In March 2021, Cymbal Development broke ground on Oasis Pointe, a residential venture comprising more than 300 units. The building will measure eight stories above grade and feature more than 56,000 square feet of new construction.
Construction’s expected to end on the $60 million project by the conclusion of spring 2022. The 2.40-acre lot will offer a state-of-the-art community focused on providing amenities, including a 19-slip marina, dog park, indoor lounge, game room, yoga studio, and much more.
One of the interesting parts about Oasis Pointe is that the building does not use recycled air––which is extremely common in multi-family developments. According to Haute Residence, even though it’ll cost extra, the building will feature fresh air. This is ideal for those who work from home, and it’ll decrease the risk of Covid-19 transmission.
CES Design Group is the architect. The Deerfield Beach-based firm shared conceptual renderings online, rooms with white panel flooring and open-concept floorplans. Cymbal Development is both the owner and general contractor.
This isn’t the only project that Cymbal Development has in the works. It’s also working on Raintree Riverwalk Residences, a mixed-use venture in Broward County. Oasis Pointe’s address is 150 South Bryan Road, Dania Beach, Florida, 33004, in Broward County.
