Our sources indicate that an Atlanta-based developer has purchased close to 50 acres of land in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The build site will be home to GroveParc Townhomes, which already has the infrastructure complete.
The community will comprise 190 two-story townhomes. The Tampa Bay Business Journal notes that homes will range from three-bedroom to four-bedroom units. The homes’ first floor will serve as the main living space, while the upper floors will host bedrooms.
Each home comes with a one-car parking garage, along with other updated amenities. Future residents will enjoy GroveParc Townhomes’ amenity center. It offers a fitness center and swimming pool. ResiBuild purchased the build site in April 2023 for an undisclosed amount.
Blue Pointe Investors was the previous owner. Construction could start on the build-to-rent community either this year or next year. Developers are optimistic about completion in January 2025, per Rebusiness Online.
Max La Cava, one of Blue Pointe Investors’ representatives, describes the complex as “an upscale single-family rental living experience within a 48-acre nature-driven community located adjacent to the action-packed heart of Wesley Chapel.”
GroveParc Townhomes’ address is 6568 Halo Bend Ct., Wesley Chapel, Florida, 33544, in Pasco County. Renderings from Google Earth show that site work has already started.
