Atlanta-based PulteGroup recently secured approval for a townhome development in Palm Beach County. The Dunes at Juno Beach will comprise 40 luxury homes. The South Florida Business Journal reports that homes would be divided amongst seven three-story buildings, and they would average more than 2,200 square feet each.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom residences would come with two-car garages with electric vehicle charging hookups. The Palm Beach Post notes that the homes would be designed in a Key West architectural style, sporting pastel-colored facades, low-pitched roofs, and surrounded by palm trees.

Sources indicate that given current market conditions, the homes would likely start at $1.5 million each. Our source did not give insight into whether there would be communal amenities, but 40 percent of the property would be reserved as green space.

Additionally, the project would offer 160 surface parking spots. They are primarily intended for shoppers at the nearby Juno Square, in which the developer intends to invest $1.4 million as part of The Dunes at Juno Beach.

PulteGroup currently has the project’s 4.7-acre build site under contract from Juno Square LLP. It currently has close to 14,000 square feet of retail/commercial space. For the project to move forward, the general contractor would demolish a former bank branch. The Dunes at Juno Beach is slated for 13955 US-1, Juno Beach, Florida, 33408, in Palm Beach County.

  1. Are these townhouses, or the commieblock in the picture that appears to be a project in Doral?
