Construction will begin this year at Vita at Grove Isle (Vita), a 7-story, 65-unit residential complex developed by CMC Group, located at the 20-acre private island Grove Isle near Coconut Grove. Designed by CallisonRTKL with interiors by A++ Human Sustainable Architecture, Vita’s design was inspired by the island’s natural curves, featuring a curved façade that responds to the waterfront’s natural contour. The development is scheduled to complete construction in the winter of 2024.

Vita will offer 65 residences, including 12 bi-level penthouses, with each unit set to offer stunning unobstructed water views. The residences will range from 3 to and 4-bedrooms and will vary in size, ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet. The Penthouse Collection will range from 3,400 to 6,600 square feet and will feature private rooftop terraces with swimming pools, summer kitchens, and additional 2,900 to 6,100 square feet of outdoor space.
The residences will feature expansive 13-foot-deep waterfront terraces perfect for dining and entertainment, as well as 11’3” floor-to-ceiling heights with 10-foot clear-finished drop ceilings, allowing the ability to easily install recessed lighting, linear diffusers, and speakers (unique to pre-construction condos). Unit interiors will feature high-quality materials, including marble from Italian quarries. Each residence features book-matched marble and state-of-the-art designer appliances and shelving. The finishes and fixtures, like Dornbracht faucets, are from the world’s most renowned brands. The building also features amenities such as a residents-only waterfront pool, a bar and lounge, a fitness center, a spa, a children’s playground, and a complimentary Vita at Grove Isle Club membership. Private garage space, a valet service, and a concierge are available.

Vita will offer three glass-canopy-covered entrances, one for each building. Residents can enjoy the bayfront pool, poolside bar, and social lounge. The high-tech fitness center will have a dedicated studio room for exercise classes, while the spa will feature saunas, steam rooms, and locker rooms for relaxation. The building will also provide 24-hour valet parking and security, bicycle storage, and a Vita Linc App – a Digital concierge app allowing residents to do various things, including register guests, contact property management, check on packages, request valet, etc. Additionally, bespoke concierge services will be available to residents.
