The Next Miami reports that construction is ongoing on Aria Reserve, a luxury residential complex in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture will offer two of the tallest waterfront dual towers in the continental U.S. They will both measure 62 stories above grade and require more than one million square feet of new construction.
Aria Reserve will rest on a build site measuring more than five acres, with close to 550 feet facing the water. Miami Residences report that There are 792 units available, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans. They start at $800,000 each and measure 1,059 square feet to 2,584 square feet.
Communal amenities include two sunrise pools, a dog park, a mediation deck, bayview restaurant, and a “one-of-a-kind watersports deck.” Architectonica is the architect. Morada Haute Design is the interior designer, and the Melo Group is the developer. Kimley-Horn Miami is the civil engineer. They are all based in South Florida.
Sources note that the entire project will reach completion in early 2025. The south tower will reach completion in 2024. Aria Reserve’s site location and sales center’s address is 725 Northeast 24th Street, Miami, Florida, 33137, in Miami-Dade County. The development is south of Florida 195 and east of I-95.
