Villas at Tuttle Royale is unfolding in Palm Beach County, Florida. The venture will feature 401 residences spread across 26 three-story buildings and 55 townhomes.
Layout plans primarily comprise one- to three-bedrooms. Most of the apartments average around 1,119 square feet, while the townhomes just pass the 2,000-square-foot mark. Real Estate Weekly notes that rent will likely be $2,000 a month.
Conceptual renderings suggest that amenities include a swimming pool, cabanas, BBQ pits, and a clubhouse. Others could include a fitness center, mail kiosk, and other standard offerings. This will all unfold on the community’s 200-acre build site.
Sources notes that the 401-unit residential venture will cost more than $140 million to complete. Lynd Development secured a $126 million construction loan earlier this year. Construction is ongoing on the venture, having broken ground in February 2023. Completion is aimed for the third quarter of 2024.
The Commercial Observer notes that Tuttle Land Investments and S3 Capital are just two of the involved parties in the venture. It also lists Villas at Tuttle Royale’s address as 11200 Nicole Drive in Royal Palm, FL. The venture is west of I-95 and east of Lion County Safari.
