The Collier County Planning Commission just approved The Haven at North Naples, a residential community. The venture will comprise one four-story building with 336 affordable housing units.
Per Gulfshore Business, homes will be available to those making 80 to 100 percent of the area median income (AMI). At the time of publication, the area’s AMI was $98,600 for a family of four.

Our sources report that The Haven at North Naples is presently in its conceptual phase. It’s estimated to cost $89.3 million, with construction not anticipated to start before January 2024. The venture will comprise 14 acres of a 27-acre parcel.
These same sources listed Johnson Development Associates as the owner. The firm presently has various active projects, including MDHC at South Orange Logistics Center in Orlando, FL. That commercial venture is presently in its post-bid phase.

The developers will disclose an architect and general contractor the closer The Haven at North Naples gets to construction. It’s unclear whether construction will require demolishing any already-existing structures.
The Haven at North Naples will be located at Orange Blossom Drive & Airport Road, Naples, Florida, 34109, in Collier County. It will be west of I-75.
