Construction is anticipated to start on Vita at Grove Isle by the end of this month. The six-story venture will comprise 65 luxury condos, which will measure around 4,000 square feet each.
Plans also call for 12 two-story rooftop penthouses. The venture’s website reports that the high-end penthouses will measure more than 3,400 square feet each, offering close to 4,000 square feet of exterior space. Homes range from $5 million to $20 million.

Homes come outfitted with imported Italian cabinetry, built-in smart home technology, security systems, and marble floors in the bathrooms. Communal amenities include a private bayfront swimming pool, tennis courts, a boating marina with space for 85 boats, a fitness center, and more.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that once construction starts, it could take anywhere from 24 to 28 months. Per Miami Residential Group, it could open in 2025. At the time of publication, Vita at Grove Isle was 40 percent leased, with many of the new residents coming from out of state.
