Livano at Sunlake, resting on a 20.19-acre lot, is slated for delivery in the second quarter of 2025. The luxury multifamily community will comprise 234 apartments in a four-story building. Per FaverGray, rental units will range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans, featuring stainless steel appliances and vinyl plank wood flooring.
The complex features both indoor and outdoor amenities. Indoor amenities include a 4,285-square-foot pet center, on-site leasing offices, and fitness center. Outdoor amenities include a dog park, children’s playground, fire pits, and communal gathering areas.
The venture’s located in Pasco County.
PR Newswire reports that FaverGray, the general contractor, broke ground in May 2023. Site improvement include resort-style landscaping, paved sidewalks, and a retention pond with a boardwalk. LIV Developer is the owner, and Baker Barrios is the architect.
Livano at Sunlake could be the start of many endeavors between FaverGray and LIV Development. This is the pair’s first joint venture. Both hope to make their mark in Lutz, which is one of Florida’s fastest growing areas. The new complex will be located at SR 54 and Henley Road in Lutz, Florida, 33558, in Pasco County.
The venture’s located alongside the SR-54 Corridor and offers convenient access to the nearby Tampa International Airport and the Westshore Business District.
