Situated along the stretch of 10200 to 10290 East Bay Harbor Drive, the third and final six-story building of the Clara Bay Harbor project is set to redefine luxury living. Spanning an expansive 1.3 acres, this site is the largest of the three. With the city’s recent approval, construction for this remarkable building is slated to commence in 2024.
Clara Bay Harbor is poised to introduce 150 luxury rental residences to Miami’s Bay Harbor neighborhood. The project’s three buildings are being developed concurrently and harmoniously, each offering unique amenities and services. The first building, located at 10281 West Bay Harbor Drive, broke ground earlier this year. The groundbreaking for Clara Bay Harbor’s second building, situated at 1147-1163 100th Street, is scheduled for later this year. With a total area of approximately 145,000 gross square feet, this building will comprise 45 expansive apartments designed to elevate modern living standards.
