Developers Propose Three-Story L’Isola at 2777 N.E. 185th Street, Aventura, FL

Cabi Developers has filed site plans for L’Isola, a commercial venture in Miami-Dade County. Sources report that the three-story commercial venture will comprise at least 14,000 square feet of new construction, offering retail ventures, along with indoor and outdoor dining options.

The food hall would offer “a diverse selection of international cuisine.” Plans call for a rooftop restaurant and a cocktail lounge––among other amenities. Preliminary plans by Arquitectonica, the architect, show a low-rise building with a parking garage and drop-off area.

The three-story food hall will rest on a 1.45-acre parcel.

Cabi Developers purchased the 1.45-acre build site for $5.77 million in 2007. Google Earth’s renderings show that the build site is largely vacant. Over the years, Cabi Developers has had a few proposals for the build site.

In 2015, it proposed a 12-story hotel that would comprise more than 200,000 square feet of new construction. Then it proposed an office building shortly afterward. Neither of the projects came to fruition.

The venture will be located in Miami-Dade County, FL.

L’Isola aims to capitalize on Aventura’s growth in recent years, appealing to both long-time residents and tourists. The food hall’s address will be 2777 N.E. 185th Street, Aventura, FL, 33180, in Miami-Dade County. The venture’s directly north of Maule Lake and east of I-95.
