Anticipation is building for the forthcoming construction of Bentley Residences, a groundbreaking Bentley-branded residential tower set to grace the shores of Sunny Isles Beach. Scheduled to break ground later this year, the tower has unveiled a strategic partnership with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, a move aimed at amplifying this opulent beachfront condominium’s sales and marketing endeavors. This dynamic collaboration, combined with Dezer Platinum Realty’s leadership as the building’s lead brokerage, has rapidly propelled Bentley Residences to the forefront of Miami’s real estate scene following its sales debut in early 2022. The ingenious auto-inspired concept, conceived by Dezer Development, has sparked substantial interest, heralding a new era in Miami’s real estate horizon. The forthcoming construction milestones, including the imminent demolition of the existing site and the eagerly awaited groundbreaking, will fortify Bentley Residences’ positioning for success.

Set against the backdrop of Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach neighborhood at 18401 Collins Avenue, Bentley Residences will ascend 749 feet and span 62 stories, presenting 216 luxury residences with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. This impressive height will make Bentley Residences the new tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach, surpassing the 672-foot-tall towers of The Estates at Acqualina. A masterful creation by Sieger Suarez Architects designed in partnership with Bentley Motors, the tower integrates Bentley’s distinctive design signatures, craftsmanship, and refined details. The residences will showcase Bentley’s iconic diamond patterning, chrome finishes, and unique textured handles on all doors, knobs, and pulls.

“We are excited to bring the Douglas Elliman Development Marketing team on board for this next phase in the project’s sales campaign,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “Bentley Residences looks forward to showing the Miami market the strength of this collaborative venture and our shared commitment to an unparalleled residential experience.”

“Douglas Elliman is thrilled to be a part of this sensational condominium offering,” said Jay Phillip Parker, Douglas Elliman’s CEO of Brokerage, Florida Region and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “Dezer Development has envisioned a truly incredible lifestyle at Bentley Residences, and the strong sales so far reflect that. We’re coming in at a great time where brokers and buyers are already aware of the brand and its allure, and we feel our track record in the luxury market and our standing as one of the top real estate brokerages in the county will make an impact. We are confident in this project’s success and proud to collaborate.”
