By 2025, Fort Lauderdale could be home to an exciting luxury venture: 3000 Waterside. The community, measuring 15 stories, will offer 103 residences. The 100 condos will measure 1,559 square feet to 4,817 square feet, and the three three-bedroom townhomes will measure 3,064 square feet to 3,156 square feet.
There are 13 exclusive floorplans to choose from, including seven penthouses. Sources indicate that modern homes come with views of the city and ocean, floor-to-ceiling windows, and integrated smart home features. Residential amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, waterfront swimming pool, and spa. There will also be 14 boat slips that owners can purchase.
Claridge Homes is the developer. Per the Real Deal, an affiliate paid $12.5 million for the 2.2-acre build site in February 2022. The publication reported that Claridge Homes hoped to break ground in June 2023, but this hasn’t been officially confirmed. Natalia Barranco is the landscape architect, and Manhas Design is the interior designer.
Kobi Karp and Berrie Architecture & Design are the two architects. 3000 Waterside could soon take shape at 2910-3000 East Oakland Park Boulevard and 3000 Northeast 30th Place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33306, in Broward County. The luxury development would be east of I-95 and north of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.

I like the idea of large units but the architecture is so banal at best. Horrible podium and massing of the structures. Already looks dated. This project should go back to the drawing board.
Redevelop is wonderful. Thank you…. Sprawl ( development of undeveloped land is not winderful. So. Thank you
