Yesterday, Florida YIMBY had the pleasure of reporting on the Savoy at 301, an affordable housing complex for seniors in Bradenton, Florida. Today, we’re reporting on the 301 Flats, another complex by Lincoln Avenue Capital that’s located just feet away.
The 301 Flats will require 437,300 square feet of new construction, offering 324 homes spread across 13 three-story buildings. Homes range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans.
The complex is slated for a 2025 release.
Per Sarasota Magazine, plans call for 36 one-bedroom units, 144 two-bedroom homes, 123 three-bedroom units, and 24 four-bedroom units. PR Newswire reports that homes come with EnergyStar appliances and fixtures.
Communal amenities include a 550-square-foot kitchen/café, yoga studio, 1,100-square-foot clubhouse, fitness center, and more. Bessolo Design Group designed the community. The Florida-based firm presently has more than 20 active projects. Renderings show that the buildings will be “wood-framed structures over post-tension concrete slab.”
The general contractor broke ground on the 301 Flats earlier this year. The complex is slated to open in 2025. Unlike the neighboring the Savoy at 301, the 301 Flats is not an age-restricted community. Yet, it is an affordable housing complex aimed at individuals and families.
The 301 Flats will be located at 4498 12th Street Court East, Bradenton, Florida, 34203, in Manatee County.
