Hallmark Heritage Evergreen Planned for 2340 N. Williamson Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida

Developers hope to get clearance for Hallmark Heritage Evergreen, a $130 million mixed-use development in Daytona Beach, FL. Our sources indicate that the venture would offer homes spread across 10 four-story garden-style buildings on a 19.6-acre parcel.

The homes would be offered for at-market rates, as developers are not filing under the Live Local Act. The average rent for similarly designed apartments in Volusia County hover around $1,300 to $1,800 a month.

The venture would rest on a 19.5-acre parcel.

Hallmark Heritage Evergreen would be located within a larger 42-acre project called “Hallmark Heritage PD.” That venture offers commercial developments and other evolving amenities.

Evergreen on Williamson, LLC is the developer, and it’s a subsidiary of Evergreen Residential. Zev Cohen & Associates Inc. was the project’s applicant. The project got approval from Daytona Beach’s City Planning Board back in summer 2023, and it’s expected to go before the city council by the end of this year.

Google Earth’s renderings show that the build site is undeveloped, lying just west of Florida I-95. Hallmark Heritage Evergreen could unfold at 2340 N. Williamson Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida, 32117, in Volusia County.

When it comes to fruition, the development will lie north of the Daytona International Speedway and west of the Tiger Bay Wildlife Management Area.
