This residential community marks Mattamy’s first venture into the Fort Lauderdale market, following numerous successful projects in southeast Florida. Sienna is situated on the north side of Sheridan Street and just west of University Drive, nestled on a private cul-de-sac, offering unique floorplans starting from the $900,000s.
Homebuyers can choose single-story or five two-story floorplans ranging from 2,349 to 4,395 square feet. Additionally, they can select from three architectural designs: West Indies, Transitional, and Modern. Each home is situated on a 50-foot-wide homesite.
