Woodmont Industrial Partners (Woodmont) and Butters Construction & Development (Butters) recently celebrated the completion of Corporate Logistics Center, a ground-up industrial development at 15791 Corporate Circle in Jupiter, Florida. The much-anticipated property is located within the Palm Beach Park of Commerce and brings 252,848 square feet of Class A industrial space to the booming South Florida market.
The building is available for immediate occupancy and features 3,800 square feet of office, 36′ clear height, 48 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, 60 trailer parking spaces, ample automobile parking spaces, and outdoor storage facilities.
“South Florida continues to be one of the nation’s strongest growth regions, and Palm Beach County has proven to be one of the most desirable submarkets in the country for industrial space,” said Lewis Zlotnick, President of Woodmont Properties. “We’re proud to continue our partnership with Butters Construction & Development as we celebrate the completion of our fifth project with this esteemed team. We’re committed to developing high-quality industrial space to meet the ongoing demand in this market, and we look forward to announcing additional construction starts and completions in South Florida in the months to come.”
“We appreciate the company’s investment in Palm Beach County. Woodmont has a record of partnering with other municipalities and we look forward to this collaboration having a positive impact in our community,” added Palm Beach County Commissioner, Maria G. Marino.
In a separate venture, Woodmont, Butters, and PCCP, LLC acquired additional land with plans to develop 2 million square feet of industrial space offering attractive square footage and build-to-suit programs within the Palm Beach Park of Commerce. Spanning 1,300 acres, the master-planned Palm Beach Park of Commerce is located in Jupiter, Palm Beach County, and is a premier business location that offers rail service, foreign trade zones, heavy industrial options, and convenient access to Interstate 95, Bee Line Highway, and the Port of Palm Beach.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Christopher Thomson and Chris Metzger are the exclusive leasing brokers for the property.
“Palm Beach County is seeing strong demand as many businesses expand or move to the area from other parts of the country,” said Adam Vaisman, Director of Acquisitions of Butters Construction and Development. “Woodmont Properties has been an excellent partner, and we will continue to expand our development in the area, as long-term market demand continues to yield new opportunities.”
Woodmont has executed several key acquisitions and groundbreakings in South Florida over the past year, furthering its regional strategic expansion. Most recently, the team started three additional construction starts in partnership with Butters for a 300,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility at 15430 Corporate Road North in Jupiter, FL; a 75,989-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Lake Worth, FL, to be completed this November, and site work commencement on a project in Fort Myers, FL that will yield 2.1 million square feet across 14 buildings to be delivered over the next three years. Woodmont’s activity in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas also remains steadfast, with approximately 8 million square feet of industrial space in its active pipeline for development and/or renovation across markets.
