Following a recent City Commission meeting, Miami-based real estate development firms Constellation Group and The Boschetti Group have announced the approval of their latest landmark project, 4241 Aurora. This Mediterranean-style mixed-use development, designed by the world-renowned Arquitectonica, is located at 4241 Aurora Street within the Design and Innovation District of Coral Gables. This significant milestone marks the culmination of a rigorous approval process. It heralds a new era of convenient, mixed-use living in the heart of Merrick Park, Coral Gables’ premier shopping and entertainment district.

“We are honored to have received approval for 4241 Aurora, a development poised to become a beautiful cornerstone of Merrick Park and the greater Coral Gables community,” said Eduardo Otaola, Managing Principal of Constellation Group. “This development will represent the addition of best-in-class luxury living to Merrick Park, which will continue to elevate Coral Gables’ burgeoning reputation as a highly sought-after, world-class city, filled with top restaurants, schools, parks, and international businesses.”

“We are thrilled to be part of the transformative journey that is 4241 Aurora,” said Jose Boschetti of The Boschetti Group. “This project is a testament to our commitment to creating vibrant spaces that seamlessly blend luxury living, business opportunities, and community enrichment. Coral Gables is in for a remarkable addition, and we look forward to contributing to the city’s ongoing legacy of excellence.”

Once completed, the development will include eight stories of luxury residential condominium units and three stories of parking, retail, and office space. The approved building will stand 137.5 feet tall and includes an expansive 5,000 square-foot park with lush landscaping, public art, and ground-floor retail overlooking Merrick Park.

The residential component features condominiums ranging in size from two-bedroom residences starting at 1,016 sq. ft. to three bedrooms with dens spanning 1860 sq. ft. Signature amenities at 4241 Aurora include a grand lobby, rooftop residents’ lounge, fitness center, pool, pickleball court, on-site retail, and an area for grilling and outdoor dining with seating.

Slated to break ground in the second quarter of 2024, 4241 Aurora represents Constellation Group’s latest high-profile development in South Florida. Currently, the firm is also planning a luxury boutique office building in the City’s Merrick Park district, in addition to Ella Miami Beach, a 10-story boutique condominium building in North Beach, and SeaGlass Cove, a luxurious private enclave consisting of 14 oceanfront single-family homes in the heart of the Florida Keys, among others.
