The Related Companies, in partnership with Stephen M. Ross, has proposed plans for Shorecrest, a luxury high-rise venture in West Palm Beach. The community will rest on a 1.83-acre build site.
Per the South Florida Business Journal, Shorecrest will measure 26 stories, offering 140 condos, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom condos. They start at $1.5 million––although this could change, given the housing market.
The venture was proposed for West Palm Beach, FL.
Plans also call for a 21,511-square-foot religious facility/preschool. It’ll be on the property of Temple Israel of West Palm Beach, a 626,367-square-foot structure built in the early 1950s. The Related Companies has the property under contract from the temple. The property was rezoned in 2023 to allow for a density boost.
Attorney Harvey Oyer is representing the Related Companies’ application. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is leading the sales. Roger Ferris & Partners is the architect.
The complex will be on the property of Temple Israel of West Palm Beach.
Conceptual renderings show a tower with a mostly glass exterior overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The West Palm Beach Plans & Plats Review Committee will review the Shorecrest proposal on January 11th.
Shorecrest could soon unfold at 1901 North Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, FL, 33407, in Palm Beach County. It would be west of I-95 and south of Currie Park.
