Construction commenced on The CenterPointe, a luxury housing complex, right before the start of the new year. The complex will offer 401 Class A residences. The seven-story building will rest on a 4.3-acre build site. It will also host a two-story parking garage.
Per the Orlando Business Journal, indoor communal amenities include a cyber café, pet spa, fitness center, and clubhouse. There will also be an outdoor fire pit, summer kitchens, and swimming pool.
The CenterPointe is part of a larger mixed-use venture: CenterPointe Altamonte Springs. The 55-acre development will offer four Class A office buildings, a 100-key hotel, two parking garages, and retail space. It’ll also comprise more than 1,000 homes. The CenterPointe will be adjacent to the Sanctuary at CenterPointe, a 300-unit apartment complex that finished construction in 2020.
Emerson International Inc. is the developer. Finfrock is the general contractor, architect, engineer, and manufacture for the pre-cast housing development. Sources call the Central Florida-based firm one of the busiest contractors in the region. It intends to finish construction on The Centerpointe in August 2025.
The Centerpointe will rise at 425 CenterPointe Circle, Altamonte Springs, FL, 32701, in Seminole County. It’ll be east of I-4 and north of Cranes Roost Park.
